Kindergarten through 5th Grade

The elementary school provides a structured educational setting inspired by a love of learning and a growing awareness of God in the students’ daily lives. Through our mission and our core values, students are encouraged to build a strong foundation of caring for others as well as for themselves. City Church Academy rises above many private elementary schools, based on our views of our students and teachers.

Our elementary school serves as the foundation for City Church Academy students to grow and mature in their academic learning and spiritual walk. City Church Academy has developed a curriculum that caters to the various levels to propel students towards academic and spiritual success. The elementary school teachers at City Church Academy work alongside the students to mentor and help them develop thinking and study skills early on.Essential study skills are emphasized through the following coursework: Bible, language arts, literature, history, mathematics, and science. A chapel is held once a week. Extracurricular classes include physical education, STEM, and art. After school enrichment programs are provided and may include activities in the areas of extracurricular activities on campus.

Our nurturing environment instills Christian values while providing students with opportunities to grow and mature academically and socially. Our teachers readily encourage and challenge students to fully develop their unique gifts and talents. All of our teachers are certified in the area of elementary education and undergo ongoing training to remain up-to-date on current educational methods.Through active participation and discovery, students learn to approach all areas of their education with confidence and increased independence.

At City Church Academy, our objective is to promote growth and development in a child-centered environment by providing a quality educational program that challenges and encourages children to achieve their fullest potential. We are dedicated to the mental, physical, social and spiritual development of all children entrusted to our daily care.
